1. Eligibility for Returns
You can return a product under the following conditions:
✅ The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
✅ The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
✅ The return request is made within 3 days of delivery.
✅ The product must be in its original condition, without any signs of use or damage.
📌 Certain products such as innerwear, personal care items, digital products, and customized items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and customization reasons.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- If returning for personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer must bear the return shipping cost.
3. Refund Policy
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund:
💰 For Prepaid Orders (bKash/Nagad/Card Payment): Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
💵 For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued via bKash/Nagad or as store credit.
📌 Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
4. Exchange Policy
🔄 If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a free replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
5. Non-Returnable Items
❌ Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer.
❌ Personal care, hygiene products, undergarments, and earrings.
❌ Digital products, gift cards, and customized items.
❌ Items returned after 3 days of delivery.
6. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled before shipment for a full refund.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible. You can request a return after receiving the product.
